To recover your account, you will need the recovery key that was provided when you created your account.

If you do not have your recovery key, this process cannot be completed and your account data cannot be recovered.

Step 1: Verify Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a verification code.

Step 2: Enter Verification Code

Enter the 5-digit code sent to your email. The code expires in 10 minutes.

Step 3: Enter Recovery Key

Enter the recovery key that was provided when you created your account.

Step 4: Set New Password

Choose a new password for your account.

At least 6 characters with 1 uppercase, 1 number, and 1 special character.

Step 5: Save Your New Recovery Key

Your password has been reset. A new recovery key has been generated. Save this now — it is the only time it will be shown.
